A PALETTE FOR A PLACE // Project 387
I had the pleasure of spending two weeks at Project 387, a project-based artist residency located on 150 acres in Mendocino County. The theme for this year was around the idea of “Place” and it was fascinating to hear about the various ways in which the seven other residents share the unique ways in which they approached this theme whether over discussions around the dinner table, in their evening artist talk or presenting their work Open Studios on the last day of our stay. Thank-you to Allyson Feeney, her family and board for your hospitality and support. You can read interviews with the artists here.
